The Serendipity Ice Cream line of flavors is a subset and poster child of Serendipity 3, the iconic New York City restaurant, infamous for their $1K Gold Sundae. With a history that spans decades into New York City's past, the Serendipity 3 restaurant has entertained the appetites of children, adults, international travelers, and world-famous celebrity personalities alike.

Serendipity Ice Cream searched to create an exciting interactive digital experience to help bring their illustrative work to life through the use of animated product illustrations and a vivid interaction for online consumers. The development of this project included overseeing and developing packaging materials of Serendipity Ice Cream across the Greater City of New York and New Jersey.
Each pint features a distinct illustration relative to the flavor of the ice cream itself. Through typographic experiments, dessert-inspired hand lettering creates a personality distinguishable amongst competitors on store shelves. To help bring the pints to life, elements of the illustrations have been animated to emphasize the excitement and deliciousness found in every bite. These materials were used for promotional purposes.

The website called for simplicity to best highlight the color and characteristics of each pint. Internal pages feature project descriptions and SKU numbers for orders based on inquiry.
